Awareness Programs
Awareness program is not just a single word but there are various synonyms behind them. Basically awareness programs are nothing but the session which is held in order to create awareness among the public. These programs will be conducted by the government or any other social organizations. There are various awareness programs whose intention varies. Some awareness programs are discussed as follows.
Kid’s awareness program:
In most cases kid’s awareness program will be concerned with the educational standards for kids. This awareness is not only meant for kids but also for their parents in order to insist them the important of kid’s education. These programs are highly conducted in rural areas as the people over there were not aware of the need of education.
Health awareness programs:
Health awareness programs will be conducted in schools, colleges or in any public places in order to make awareness on the growing diseases, prevention measures, symptoms and diagnosis. Great medical experts were supposed to guide these programs to insist the people regarding the prevention measures. They not only conduct programs on prevention measures but the personal hygiene needed to lead a hygienic surrounding. They also provide the suggestions on providing first aid for various accidental situations and their importance. These programs were highly concerned by the Government in order to promote a healthy living standard.
Social awareness:
Social awareness deals with the awareness provided on various social issues which is ruining the society to a greater extent. In most cases, the factors insisting the protection of natural resources and conservation of various forms of energy were insisted in these programs. Camping and trekking are the most specialized and important programs in this social awareness.
- Trekking: trekking is executed in order to reveal the important of trees; their uses in protecting nature and other related
features. Trekking is not only for awareness but it also provides the most adventurous experience. - Camping: this is also conducted in order to insist the important of protecting the living environment and nature. Camping is done by many social organizations at regular interval of time.
Summer camps:
Summer camps are meant for education fun. These camps are conducted during vacation. Usually kids, their parents and teachers can participate in these camps. These camps provide the most interesting moments. This education will be filed with fun. The education will not be deep into subject. But various educational standards, educational career and other social issues will be discussed in this camping.
